Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your beauty essentials.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
